Q: How can I join www.FlashonFace.com?
A: You can join www.FlashonFace.com by clicking on "Join" at the top of this or any of the pages of the site or you can also click on the "Sign Up" link at the login box found on the left of most of the areas of MyRater. Once there, fill all the required information and check your email to activate your account.
Q: Who can join www.FlashonFace.com?
A: If you are 13 years old or older you can join www.FlashonFace.com
Q: Is www.FlashonFace.com a safe place?
Q: How can I upload a picture to my profile?
A: You can upload a picture to your profile by going to the "Edit Pictures" area found at the left, on the Account Management menu once you log in. There you need to Browse for the image in your computer and later it will display the picture with a "cropping tool" to cut the area that you want to place on the profile. NOTE: The pictures must be cropped to ensure that images can be easily displayed in the correct size on any pages.
Q: How can I invite friends to Join?
A: Once you log in, you will see a link that says "Invite friends to Join - Click Here", there you will need to provide with your username and password of your email account to import and invite your friends (Your information WILL NOT be saved). Once you retrieve your friends, go to the bottom of the page and click on "Send Invitiations".
Q: How can I edit my profile Layout?
A: You can edit your profile Layout by going to "Edit Profile" at the Account Management menu found on the left. There, you will see a link at the top to edit your profile layout.
Q: How can I add a song?
A: You can add a song by going to "Edit Profile" at the Account Management menu found on the left. There you will see a box that says "Song URL", and you will need to provide with a URL that links to the song somewhere on the internet. An URL is something like this: http://www.onthiswebsite.com/is/the/song.mp3
Q: How can I change my Password?
A: You can change your password by going to "Settings" at the Account Management menu found on the left. There you will see the option "Change Password".
Q: How can I cancel my account?
A: You can cancel your account by going to "Settings" at the Account Management menu found on the left. There you will see (at the bottom), an option "Cancel Account".
Q: How can I contact, add, see the pictures and rate a friend?
A: You can do that by using the buttons found on the "Contact box", below the users Image and Song, on their profile.
Q: I forgot my password, how do I recover it?
A: You will need to click on the "Forgot Password?" link found on all the login boxes at the left. There you must fill all the required information to retrieve your password.
Q: Can I make my profile Private?
A: Yes, you can change the settings of your account by clicking on "Settings" on the Account Management menu found on the left.
Q: Why I cannot change the country or email?
A: At this time you cannot change it due to security reasons. You can contact us to make the changes or simply cancel your account and open a new one.
Q: How can I delete friends, comments or pictures?
A: You can delete it by going to the respective areas. Once on the area, at the top or bottom, you will see a link to delete it from your account.
